Customer Spotlight: Meet Florence, who need help returning an online order

Recently, Candoo’s customer Florence, found herself stuck after ordering a pair of shoes online that didn’t fit quite right. Even though Florence is living on her own and extremely independent in her mid-80’s, returning them felt overwhelming — navigating the website, printing a return label, and figuring out how to schedule a pickup.

As Florence told us:

I’m very grateful for where I am in life, but my real challenge, like most of my peers, is my digital life and it gets me very frustrated when I can’t handle a simple something and certainly a complex something that comes up online.”

Florence said that she spent days and “every trick in the book” trying to return the shoes.

That’s when Candoo Tech concierge Steven stepped in. With his guidance, Florence was able to quickly process the return, print her label, and get the shoes sent back with ease.

Florence shared that she felt relieved and empowered after the call, knowing she could shop online with more confidence in the future.
