A one hour remote session with a friendly U.S. Tech Concierges to learn something new or fix problems your smart phone, computer, or tablet.

All sessions are remote. We start with a phone call and securely connect to your device (with your permission) so we can see what you see and help right away.

Things we can help with:

  • Fix problems with your phone, tablet, or computer

  • Learn Zoom, FaceTime, or other apps

  • Reset passwords or login information

  • Set up streaming, email, or online services

A “Get Started” Session up to 90 minutes can help connect hearing adits, adjust for vision impairment, teach something new or fix what’s not working.

One additional 90 minute session and unlimited remote quick support per year.

Our Tech Concierges will teach you how to use your technology, fix what’s broken, install software, and be there to answer quick questions throughout the year.

The annual membership for consumers includes two (2) 90-minute sessions (3 for couples) plus unlimited Quick Support (30 minutes or less) for whatever you need. No question is too “dumb” or too small. Find out what’s covered in Quick Support here.
