We believe that older adults can be empowered to use technology to make life easier and more fun!

Candoo Tech gives older adults the freedom to stay independent, safe and engaged by providing excellent technology consultation, set up, training and support services designed specifically for older customers.

 
 

How It Works

 
 

Candoo Tech is a membership service.
Your personal tech concierge will:

  • Consult with you to understand what technology you are currently using and what your tech needs are.

  • Recommend, install & maintain new technology products & services to make your life easier and more fun!

  • Be there for you: Just call and we are available to help answer your tech questions remotely and in person.

  • Teach you how to use the latest products.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

In-home visit to meet, assess and teach you something new.

Step 2: Installation & Setup

Setup and install any new products from smart phones and Alexa to
the latest fall detection devices and teach you how to use them.

Step 3: Annual Membership

Join us! Your annual membership includes unlimited phone and
remote support and 2 free in-home check ins.

Candoo Learning

We want you to have fun and to feel comfortable using your devices. Tell
us what you like to do and we’ll teach you how to use your technology to make it easier.
